Microsoft has voluntarily adhered to the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield agreements and has publicly committed to the principles of the agreement by self-certifying its compliance with its requirements.<\/p>\n

Microsoft’s participation in the Program covers all personal data processed and transferred to the United States from the European Union, the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland, and includes all of the following cloud services:<\/p>\n

– Azure and Azure DevOps
\n– Dynamics 365 MT and GCC
\n– Intune
\n– Microsoft 365
\n– Power BI cloud service, standalone or included in an Office 365 plan or product family
\n– Professional services
\n– Windows 10 and Windows Server<\/p>\n
